you need to take poison jab off Gengar and give it Sludge Bomb first of all. You can use 4 attack but 2 attacks(Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb are best because STAB) + Substitute and Disable is better in my opinion. (Disable might be an egg move though)
As for Charizard, you can't really use him without a mega. You can use whichever one you want but personally I prefer X because of Dragon Dance but that's an egg move so you can't get that on the Charizard you already have. Also Fly is shit. An actual person can use this as a chance to switch in something that resists it plus its a Physical Move so its also shit in game where NPC won't switch.

I don't mean to offend you OP but you are shit at pokemon. You should use Smogon, Serebii and Bulbapedia to learn about stuff. I also recommend you breed some pokemon, here is a guide
