Like with Rayquaza, it's shown during both story and gameplay that it's the mediator between Kyogre and Groudon (with Air Lock/Delta Stream cancelling out the weather). But with XY, there's never any meaningful interaction between the three. I guess Aura Break is a thing, but lol. It loses Aura Break when it collects 100 cells.
