Looked great at first but GameFreak’s ineptitude and TPCi’s greed dragged it down. That 10 speed difference is the lowest speed gap of any starter trio. It’s also a shame that TPCi can’t get the idea that there shouldn’t be a designated final starter and preevolved starter; that picture of the Hoenn starters in the car was such a warm feeling that the 3DS gens can’t repeat.
