>>52237816Already tried the working out route but to not avail. I did serve some purpose on making me lose track of time and stay at ease,but only for a short period of time. The stress im currently being put trough, it's way too high for working out to have any sort of long-term effects.. and it's a shame because i always loved doing exercises in general
