If you want to do the best possible would be organizing by types and between these types have subsections (EX: on the pokemons themselves you organize from first gen all the way through the seven one in order), then after ALL pokemons are done you start doing other types of cards.
It makes the binder look really nice if you're into that and super handy for people to take a look if you're selling/trading shit, just beware retards might unorganize if they're shitheads or steal, obviously.
