I say it'll be the starters, eevee, pikachu, some popular 2nd stage and non-evolving pokemon (lucario, mawile, dunsparce, sableye, etc.), very few 3rd stage evolution pokemon (ampharos, Gardevoir, etc.), the X and Y mascots, and a couple more legendaries aside from mewtwo.
