>>26581731That's a pretty hard guess desu. Both ice punch and aerial ace has that blue outline but aerial ace would be on at least both hands if not the legs as well and would stick to the body. And I don't think it's cut either since it would be two handed like it has always been with Ash-greninja. It really looks like ice punch apart from it not being as blue as Abomasnow's ice punch.
