Unfortunately OLM cames under the conclusion that Coco flopped because nobody likes Pokemon movie rather than acknowledging that their idea for "Coco" sucked and people had no reason to watch it.
Imagine a movie with Ash's Infernape as the star as the movie explore the mystery behind Infernape's blaze which it uses to unlock as new form based on Asura & pic related to stop a rampaging legendary pokemon from destroying the Planet. At least then people would have to reason to watch that movie to see Infernape's new form.
