This guy goes quite unoticied for some reason. It has pure power (doubles attack), access to all elemental punches via heart scale and its typying isnt really terrible. Also, hi jump kick, the strongest physical fighting type move. It needs to breed for psycho cut but thats not really necessary outside competitive. Base 80 speed isnt ideal but works nevertheless.
