I do agree that it's absurd that there are so many Pokemon that are bottom of the barrel trash and GF looks at them and says "Hm, let's give Delcatty +20 points in speed" but then not give Silvally Recover, Extremespeed or Earthquake. I get not every Pokemon is going to be competitively viable but this feels like a slap to the face.
I fucking hate Gamefreak.
