All I've done really is corrected things that were mentioned earlier and I haven't actually progressed at all, but I updated my pastebin.
There are two points that I'm stuck with though.

The issue at line 28 is actually something that I don't remember if we've discussed, but is actually something that is important.
What are Rosa's (and by extension, Nate's) plans now?
If we want the routes to actually involve her in anyway and not to solely focus on the partners in the routes then we really need a direction to take them.
Does she want to become Champion again? Does she want to become a Pokemon Breeder? Start acting in Pokewood again?
The best thing we could do is come up with a bunch of options, then let the events of the routes dictate which ends up as her goal, and so she has something to work towards for herself instead of just being there to "fix" or whatever the love interest of a route.
