Ghetsis is a psychopath who doesn't care about who he hurts to get what he wants. He uses a good cause and a societal upturn of philosophy to hide the fact that deep down he's a dark and twisted villain who does whatever he wants.
Black and White wasn't just about 'Do people hurt pokemon?' Because the answer is obviously no, only some assholes do.
Black and White was about Truth and Ideals. It was about what can be deemed right. It was about how some things aren't as good as they may seem to be. It's about looking under the surface to see what's truly there. N's search for the Truth/Ideals is about someone who's too focused on getting what he wants that he can't realize that maybe what he wants isn't good for him or others. And I like that.
