>>57182941So I built and tested the following. You can double up on the good Magmar and Articuno but I only had one of each. For consistency you can also use Chatot but I hate the dead weight after you use it, it only makes sense when it helps you get to your endgame wincon which this deck does not have. I stopped using most of these cards because I'm an off-meta fiend but they can deliver good results if played correctically. For coin avoiders you can replace Articuno and Misty with Tauros and Giovanni, although I have not tested that since Tauros takes too much commitment. Flips get wins and Articuno was able to deliver. Magmar is no slouch, I might add it to one of my brews even without Blaine it's fun.
rating 7/10: funny wins but not consistent.
