Rai (beta Raikou) is beautiful, it has a true legendary aura, it is dark and mystical, it is a true legendary Pokémon. Raikou is a big ugly tiber with too much detail, he has a strange face.
En (beta Entei) is better than the final version, it has a more beautiful, more coherent design. Entein is full of strange and unnecessary details and additions.
It just lacks the cloud of smoke on its back and it's a perfect legendary.
Sui (beta Suicune) is the only one who is worse in beta, he looks a little strange with his hair and he doesn't have a quarter of the elegance of the final version.
There is nevertheless a very similar shape between Sui (beta Suicune) and final Suicune.
Overall, we notice that the 3 legendary beasts had, in beta version,are a similar build: a slender and agile canine.
Raikou and Entei have completely lost this agile build, and it's too bad I think.
