I would say with how many OC's, fanart drawing shit sexualized when it normally isn't and the fact that some fetishes aren't exactly physically possible would suggest that imagination itself could be considered a fetish in it's own right, funnily enough I got that idea from a dream I had last night where people worked at some odd fantasy factory that gave people idea's for imaginary stuff which is really fucking meta when you think about it.
maybe some sort of psychic type that can encourage/inspire creativity in people so it can enjoy more good stories to read because it loves books/movies/etc? even without the fetish aspect it would be an interesting concept.
