im playing emerald and im trying to make a pokemon with balanced stats so it can win all the contests
the battery is dead so i can't grow berries, but i have a few berries on my save and i can use the good old cloning glitch to make more, i also have acces to berries from pokemon colosseum
if my pokemon is jolly what blocs with what level and feel should i give him so it becomes balanced in all stats, i know at some poit it wont be able to eat more
