Intrepet Sword has two functions but let compare the draw effect to other draw abilities without "conditions". Oricorio and Cleffa are out. We'll make this easier and compare it to only basic pokemon.
Snorlax: if active, draw up to 7 cards. End turn.
Crobat V: draw up to 6 cards
Audino: if active, draw a card.
Dedenne GX: discard your hand
Zacian: draw 3 cards. End Turn.
Of this thin group of pokemon, two are bench abilities. Crobat V and Dedenne are fantastic Mon and are used by a lot of deck but are one time use. Audino is draw a card but your turn does not end. on a 90 HP mon that can be OHKO by a lot of Mon. Snorlax also requires being the active Pokemon but you do get the draw up to 7 draw. with 130 HP, Snorlax has 90 less HP than Zacian and can be ohko'd by a lot of attacks. this leave Snorlax and Zacian as the most reliable draw abilities in standard. This means Zacian is the only draw abilites that can be repeated that does not require to be the active. so in you will need a gust of some sort. so Ariados evo and venusnivy can handle that. Boss's Orders can gust. pokemon catcher on a flip and switch the Zacian to the active to take out.
