Waifu, simple as that. Has that same "battle girl" vibe as some Gym Leaders, though with a softer touch. Kinda unrelated to why I like her, but she also owns my favorite battle facility

There's something about older villainesses, maybe it's the "forbidden love" appeal. I like Mars more, but she isn't underrated enough for this list

They all had really nice dialogues, and as someone who loved the 2D evil teams, I liked the idea in Platinum of one of those scientists without Pokémon getting promoted to Commander, as opposed to hierarchy=battling skill, but Charon wasn't that likeable.
