Up until just a few days ago I thought B2/W2 was cancelled.
I distinctly remember that around February of 2010 gamefreak discreetly announced that the games were cancelled due to "technical issues" and that /vp/ and even /v/ to some extent was a massive shitstorm of people crying that gamefreak was going bankrupt and deniers saying that the games were only going to be cancelled at worst, for at least a month after the announcement.
I remember seeing the Kyurem movie and maybe some part of the anime with Roxie, and was glad that gamefreak was at least *trying* to fill the void until gen 6. I finally eventually saw a used copy of White 2 being sold at target
