I think that the next group of unorthodox monsters, like UBs and Paradoxes, should be fusion pokemon. Two different, unrelated pokemon species fused together by a mysterious third legendary pokemon to form legendary-like beings. The main boxart legendaries will be fusions of two existing boxart legendaries(maybe Lugia/Ho-Oh fusion and Xerneas/Yveltal fusion).
