I honestly don't hate any of the starters other than maybe charizard and grotle. I changed the tiers because "ass tier" was a little unfair to the starters that I don't care for, but don't hate. I also made sure that I had a more-or-less even distribution in the tiers so that I didn't just put everything close to the highest tier.
