I have a cousin who's on the spectrum and he tracks literally everything with spreadsheets and shit. Things as simple as how many Yu Gi Oh cards he owns and his win/loss record is documented on his laptop along with notes on how to improve his strategies, what helped him win, and why he may have lost.
