Maybe the janitor went to bed, or maybe he just really has it out for anthro requests. Any way back on track, I did have a go at trying to do anthro boob-job Flygon but I am not at all confident in my abilities to draw human-like bodies or boobs. My plan was to use your request for practice but in the end it didn't end up meeting a standard I was happy with so I scrapped it. I know it's not at all what you asked for but here have this picture of Flygon. (It may or may not be better than nothing.)
