Solga'kame- or Solga for short. The story involved the world before pokeballs, and he was a supporting character for the main party.
He lives alone in a temple near the top of Twist Mt. in Unova. He acts as a Hierophant for Legendary Pokemon,a leader for a village, and attempts to collect and document as much as he can for these Pokemon so he can pass down valuable information to those who wish to learn. While generally a pacifist, he can use the few, strong Pokemon he has to battle. These include a Kommo-o, Volcarona, Medicham, and Dusknoir he brefriended.
He has a strange, bulky, gauntlet like multipurpose tool (as seen by the bad MS paint art)
Wears a very stoic expression, and a quiet voice. He tries to speak as a friendly, yet strict, person.
Apparel: The strange tool, as well as an ornate robe (think of a cross between Akatsuki clothing, the patterns of Ghetsis' robe, and Luxury ball colors)
The initial unveiling of the character was gonna be when the main cast, a Native Unovan hunter, a Kalosian soldier, and Sinnoh prince, attempt to climb up his mountain to get some insight of who "The Eternal Pokemon" and "Forces of Nature" are.
