Despite having cfw, I play original carts. I was playing with my original Pokemon cartridge online yesterday. After leaving the online mode, instead of turning it off, I closed my 3ds (kept it suspended). I read about the bans last night but I was too sleepy and scared to check. I opened it again today while in game, went online, all normal, no problems with gl either. I'm scared to leave the game, turn my 3ds off and then open again.
