>>55258126The entirety of the first generation is filled with monstrous animals, it's like
>>55258071the other anon brought up, it's why gen 1 has by far the most popular designs in the series to this day, because it does a really good job of mixing the fantastic with the mundane, literally no one is complaining about kaiju type monsters, a lot of people love Pokemon like Aggron, me included, you're consistently getting butthurt over people rightfully getting sick of furfag starters and complaining about them, there's nothing fantastical about getting another Pokemon that looks like a degenerate in an animal costume as has been the case these past few generations, why don't you just plainly admit you're some furfag? Because that's exactly what you are, gamefreak doesn't even need to do basic elemental animals but in fact earlier gen starters are fairly simplistic themselves and still get a lot of love, people love Typhlosion and it's just a fiery badger, people like Meganium and it's a leafy sauropod, these starters still come off as monsters themselves without some bullshit caveat , you don't need to make some hideous furfag bait to make a "monster" or to make something "unique" or "cool", you're just deflecting over and over and over again and walking in circles trying to set "standards" that were never there to begin with, no one outside of furfags and retards would complain if we got a really cool starter that looked like a manticore, gryphon, hydra, hypocampus, Titanis, Ambulocetus or any other manner of monsters or prehistoric creatures that don't look like furbait.
>>55258166There really is no salvaging the abomination that is Inteleon, I remember having such high hopes for the chameleon at one point, hoping it would turn into a ghostly Nessie or something cool like that, what a fool I was.
