Jesus, all these fake leaks are getting out of hand.
I don't know a lot but I'm tired of just sitting here and reading through literal garbage when I actually know a couple things.
I worked on localization for a very specific part of the game (not to english) that you'll probably be able to figure out by the types of things I know. Not going to give the actual translations to anything because I'm neurotic about not getting sued.
>99% sure there's no armor evolution.
>Laptop allows you to access your PC from anywhere, like in Let's Go.
>No new types or anything like that
>Two pokemon evolve by trading with a held item. Literally translated their names would be something like "Heat Rodent" and "Brave Glove", which evolve into "Inferno Mouse" and something that's a pun off the onomatopoeia for the sound a slap makes (difficult to translate into english).
>New battle type called something like "Switch Battles", supposed to be a pun on Nintendo Switch I think. I don't know anything about it.
>No HM's
>There's a map that you receive, likely later in the game. It describes a "ruins". I think it's supposed to be their equivalent of the London Catacombs. Apparently the map is unfinished. There's no regular town map.
>There are two items, the "Sword Necklace" and the "Shield Necklace", which are used to "unlock the hidden potential of a certain pokemon"'. Presumably the title legendary/legendaries.
>There seems to be a feature similar to collecting Zygarde cores / cells, but for Meltan instead.
>There's a seperate Pokedex for "incredibly rare" pokemon.
That's most of the interesting stuff I know. I know other tiny things but I'm going to keep it to myself so I'm not too obvious. Besides that, be wary of any leaks that claim to know an exceptional amount of information across a wide variety of topics - GF is really careful this gen with leaks, and they've divided up a lot of translators workloads so that each individual gets as little leakable content as possible.
