SOLUTION?
Tie EV training to Vitamins, the same system that Protein uses, with the same global cap for all of them. Rendering non-trainable mons fucking crippled in Attack scaling anyway, since you can't use Protein alongside the EV vitamin. So, they end up fucking crippled anyway... solving literally zero problems and making the entire game even more stupid.
