Been a long time since I've posted in an OC thread. Drew up this quick design and decided to give her a background.
This is Cecily, the protagonist's rival. She is the heir to a rich family and lives in a mansion at the top of the big hill, overlooking the rest of town. She joined the protagonist in obtaining a Pokémon partner at the behest of her father, who wished for her to gain some worldly experiences. Given her background, she is pompous, vain, and looks down on anyone she deems "unrefined". Perhaps beating her in a few battles along your journey will humble her.
Basically, "what if the rival character was an ojou-sama?"
