As for DD, Although the are a couple who can learn it, Gyarados,Dragonite,Charizard X and Salamence are the main runners and they can be stop however hard it can be.
DT on the otherhand, can be learn by EVERYONE AND THEIR MOM. Meaning like I said earlier, You're not just countering DT,You're countering WHATEVER POKEMON THAT USES IT!!!
