This one was pretty boring, it was kind of just a matter of Umbreon whittling his team down. Lucky that the bozos over at Game Freak didn't think to give the Slowbro a physical move, otherwise those Curse buffs could've been scary.

Yeah, Charlemagne kind of dogwalked this one. Flamethrower and Thunderbolt made this a breeze.

Hoo boy. The fight got off to a rough start because I assumed that Kamen would be able to OHKO Hitmontop with Wing Attack. It did not, and I got hit with a Counter that killed Kamen in one hit. Charlemagne took out a bunch of his other Pokemon, but the Hitmonchan didn't go down in one hit and I ate a ton of damage off an Ice Punch. He fought the good fight against Machamp, but went down from a Cross Chop crit. I sent in Marisa, assuming that Primeape would outspeed the Machamp, but apparently I had absolutely awful IVs on her and she got outsped, dying instantly. Somehow Filipe was able to outspeed, clinching the fight, but now we're down half a team.

The fight opens with another Umbreon attrition war, which Shadowheart wins. She then sends out Vileplume, so I send out Filipe and a Zen Headbutt takes it down. Out comes Gengar, which I know has Focus Blast. I figure it's not a good move to risk Shadowheart getting hit on the switch, and I need to preserve Politoed to the best of my abilities, so I risk it. It doesn't pay off, and Filipe bites the dust. Politoed comes in, takes care of Gengar and finishes off the rest of her team.
