I'm thinking maybe something like there's a "Fusion Attack" for each type and the new Fusion Pokemon tries to learn the whatever type of move its secondary type became upon being fused.
So whichever offensive stat is highest, that move becomes either special or physical. 100BP/100ACC/between 5 & 10 PP. This would make having to combine movepools of Pokemon less of an absolute clusterfuck while still benefiting from their newly inherited type and being able to make use of it.
This is just something off the top of my head, I'm sure we could think of a better way to streamline the way Fusion Pokemon's movepools would work.
>>25352481At the same time I do agree with this right here, but I think by simply making variations in species via fusion would maintain people's sacred bros by essentially allowing players to pallet-swap their mon to a color they like and change its secondary typing.
