For instance, Orochi here is based off of Yamata no Orochi beast. However, when asked, most don't know who Yamata no Orochi is in the first place, only know that the Orochi part is a cool yo-kai.
For Muricans who don't know any of these guys, think Hyderiegon's ginjika except without the violent personality.
