This is after taking on Silph Co. Stef the Jigglypuff died to the very first rocket grunt, and then we proceeded to clean house with little worry.
Astoria the Cloyster died while fighting my rival, and what dumb luck it was. Surf took his Ninetales down to the red and then I tried to finish with Tackle like some Gen 4 NPC, but it missed. Astoria's health was getting pretty low and it could have survived one more Ember, but it got a crit.
RIP Stef, a jobber to the very end.
RIP Astoria, your Clamp attack was surprisingly based.
