This is my group of shitmons in my various playthroughs. It's as what it seems "beat the game with shitmons" but with a few arbitary rulings such as
>No using items in battle
>no exceeding a gym leaders acemon's level
>follow a mixture of Smogon's lowest availabe (unofficial) tier list and their ingame tier list
>If a Pokemon is only "shit" because its ability is banned in the lower tiers (Drought/Drizzle,) I cannot use. The only exception is Arena Trap because the AI barely switches anyway so its basically having no ability in game
>No Slaking because even though Slaking is shit because of human ability. Traunt barely matters ingame, especially with its stats.
>No Legendary Pokemon, also no Pokemon that has access to its mega evolution (ex. Banette is not usable in a Gen 6 playthrough) because I want a Pokemon to be used at its maximum efficency and still be counted as shit, which is also why I implemented the ability exclusion above
>game is considered complete when I beat Round 2 of the E4 (if applicable) (and some extra postgame stuff such as the all modes of Trainer Tower in FRLG, Red in HGSS, White Treehollow/Black Tower in BW2 and Rainbow Rocket/Battle Tree Singles/Doubles in USUM) The only exclusions will be Platinum and USUM since the only thing that changes for Round 2 is the levels of the Pokemon.
I try not to overlap too many typings because then it'll just become a Mono-Normal/Grass/Bug playthrough (which I beleive defeats the whole purpose) so I try to mix it up once certain Pokemon become available . This obviously can't be done with FRLG because of the limited amount of Pokemon availabe.
I completed FRLG, HGSS and ORAS but I wasn't exactly happy with my FRLG and HGSS playthroughs so I'm doing them over again. Anyways its pretty fun.
