And that's not the main reason I wanted Kieran to have a Gholdengo on his team. I also wanted him to have a Palafin for similar reasons, due to its ability Zero to Hero fitting his character as well, and no trainer in the game has Gholdengo and Palafin. If anyone deserved to have these mons, it's Kieran. Palafin in particular would've been amazing for his rain team.
