The region was still bland as fuck, the NPCs were still 1 dimensional and forgettable as fuck (literally can't name think of a single character who stood out), the challenge was non existent and the online meta was forever ruined by garbage like the genies.
I ended up playing BW2 with Pokemon from older generations since the gen 5 ones are so bad but that begged the question, why not just play a different Pokemon game where these repulsive abominations aren't being constantly used against me? Which I promptly fixed by going back to play previous games and abandoning my boring BW2 playthrough, which to this day remains the only game in the series I have dropped halfway through.
