More specifically, go into Reflection Cave with a Pokemon with Sweet Scent which attracts only hordes.
Also have a Pokemon that knows Earthquake or Surf at the front of your party.
Keep using sweet scent and getting pokemon battles until you get one with 4 Roggenrolas and a Carbink.
Use Earthquake or Surf.
If the Carbink faints, run away.
If it survives with 1 HP, it has sturdy.
Kill the Roggenrolas and take your deserved Carbink.
Anyways, this took me 4 hours nonstop to do, so I don't necessarily think it's worth doing if you can get it in a trade.
