They just added a back sprite and a shitty skeleton animation to them which made the sprites look distorted as shit like they came out of a newgrounds flash animation. Everyone knew what Creatures Inc were capable of when they made the 3D sprites for the console games which you underage retards were probably too young to remember. Having a sprite sheet for every mon in the game is stupid and inefficient and only DS brainlets would ask for it. It's far more efficient and easier to have a bunch of animations for the models as they're attached to a rig. Its far easier to give life and expression to a 3D model than a sprite. It wasn't the shift to 3D that ruined everything, It's that everyone working on Pokemon don't give a shit about pokemon
