Ballio had a lot of fans because of how stylistically it was similar to the Gen 5 leaks and people were still up for buying those.
After Gen 7 though, Gen 8 was full of people trying to pull Gen 7 leaks while none of them actually came out true.
The only true leak from Gen 8 prior to the early release in November was the playtest leaker. And hilariously he was written off by a lot of people at first cause his stuff was SO far out compared to what we had gotten and it was made SO early (May 24)
