Pretty bad. I remember trying to figure out how to board a ship to a different region.
Oh, and my in-game team was shit becuase I thought that the best mons will be available in other region (just like in Johto).
Seeing RS sprites of mons unavailable in Hoenn was pretty traumatic too.
