During Johto, around when yugioh came out we all went to that since Pokemon felt childish once we hit age 10. Flash forward to 2008 and I bought a PSP, got it hacked and installed Pokemon along with a bunch of other games. I started playing FireRed and enjoyed it so much I bought the an Emerald cart and as the years went on everything from gen 1-7. I have no interest in any Pokemon game that doesn't have all the Pokemon so I'm just enjoying the old games.
I rebought a bunch of cards during a spending spree to compensate for my worthless rubber-banded deck I misplaced when I was young. What really hurt was missing out on all the event Pokemon in gens 3 through 6. I'm an authenticityfag and with a time machine I wouldn't kill Hitler or buy Apple stock, I would just get all my Pokomon events.
