There's a few stinkers I'm happy they got rid off, admittedly, like most of the baby-mons, the Beta-Elemental Beasts, Totodile Line>the beta water line, as well as whatever the flying fuck Beta-Bayleef was supposed to be (though I guess I wouldn't be opposed to it becoming an entirely separate mon).
Wearwolf+it's prevo, Kotora and Raitora, the Panda Jiangshi, Borygon, Qwilfish evo, that Angel(?) mon (I think proto-mantine?), all those are legit really nice designs I want to see come back. I think the only pokemon that was originally scrapped but came back in a later gen was Gastrodon, wasn't it? Can't remember.
