There is no guideline for a Perfect OP, however the OP should follow at least the standards of

Anything below this standard (even if ironic posting) is to be brushed aside as shitposting.
Threads with over 10 reply counts but less than 7 posters are to be ignored.
If the thread is populated with 10+ posts, or 8+ posters, then the thread remains, while we continue to flood it with shitposts, and garbage posts that is normally not okay.
