My first shiny was a Nidorino in Silver. Evolved him to Nidoking and he became my original Pokebro. I remember I spent days on the same route looking for a shiny Nidorina to match. Also, I once found a shiny Zubat and Paras within 10 minutes of each other too and I didn't have any Pokeballs ;_;
