>PennyThe weakest of the three. Obvious plot reveal aside, I like her subordinates more than her. That's a death sentence as the head of a villain team. Nothing egregious, but Penny does little to nothing for me. Iconic team comp though.
>NemonaEnjoyable rival despite being one note. I enjoy that she changes up her team so she doesn't crush you, makes the final battle feel great. Her lack of character is part due to the order of gyms being undetermined, and that she's already a champion so she doesn't outright struggle. Her laugh after defeat was kino.
