The underused, rarely used, and never used tiers are so people can use their fucking favorites without getting shit on. You want to use Butterfly? Sure, go ahead. Flareon? Pachirisu? Have a ball. Those tiers are so you can have fun with your favorites fighting Pokemon that are evenly matched, so you don't have to deal with Scizor shitting on you or Ferrothorn walling you. You hate your favs being in UU/RU/NU? Use them in fucking OU then!
Those clauses are all optional. Don't like them, don't play. And let's face it, evasion is fucking stupid. All matched would just come down to evasion, Machamp and evasion counters, Machamp and evasion counter-counters, counter-counter-counters, shit like this. I disagree with the banning of some Pokemon like Blaziken to Ubers, but godDAMN just go play in fucking Ubers then. It's not like it's killing the Pokemon.
And yeah, I'm a Karenfag. I play hacks and beef up the stats and movepools of all my favorites. It's not like all Smogon users even use regurgitated teams even.
