A male gender variant for gardevoir that has the dress like strip things styled like a long tailcoat (only two larger strips down the Pokemon's back instead of all the way around the waist) would look nice and make male gardevoirs less ridiculously feminine. Maybe do something to the pokemon's hair as well.
