Like this is the Alpha channel of a Zapdos, but the coloring of a missingno backsprite, so you can get vaguely pokemon shaped matrix snow. I'm not sure if this looks good, or would be easy to put into a hack since I haven't done that before, but it's an idea. Another thing to consider is mixing the top/bottom/left/right corners of 4 different sprites into one new one.
