Hopefully with this we can rest a little easier. As long as the team aren't some hyper moralfags who are strictly controlling who gets the rom and how they use it and would shut down everything if they even thought Nintendo looked at them, it should be fine.
Frankly I wouldn't be surprised if the rom leaked before the translation. All we can do is wait I suppose.
